J. JANICE CHOU, DDS
Dr. Chou is a Bay Area native, and she graduated from the University of Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. After dental school, she continued her education through the advanced education in general dentistry residency program at the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California. Prior to joining our team at Smile Craft, Dr. Chou worked as an associate dentist at other practices in the bay area. She is also currently a clinical instructor at the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry’s AEGD residency program in Union City, California, where she instructs post-doctoral residents in all aspects of dentistry. In her free time, Dr. Chou enjoys cuddling with her cat, Mochi, traveling, cooking, doing yoga and scuba diving.
Victoria Goh, DDS
Dr. Victoria Goh, a Bay Area resident, graduated from the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. Boasting more than two decades of experience, Dr. Goh remains dedicated to delivering top-tier, gentle dental care to her patients. Beyond her professional commitment, she cherishes spending leisure moments with her son and avidly supporting him at golf tournaments. Additionally, she finds joy in gardening, cooking, and embracing the beauty of the outdoors.
RITA HUANG, DDS
Dr. Rita was born and raised in Palo Alto, California, and is a graduate of the University of California, Davis. She continued on to obtain her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. Dr. Rita has years of experience with a strong passion for dentistry but is constantly working to improve and perfect her craft. In her spare time, she enjoys playing volleyball with her friends. She is also the proud owner of her dog, Rhett (aka the World’s Most Handsome Dog), whom she rescued in 2020.
AMY NGUYEN, DDS
Dr. Nguyen grew up in Cerritos, California, and graduated from the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco, where she taught part-time. After graduating from UOP’s accelerated dental program, she completed a general practice residency at the University of Southern California and worked in the Greater Los Angeles Veterans’ Affairs Healthcare System. The GPR program gave her greater expertise in treating medically complicated cases and in hospital dentistry. She spent the first five years of her career giving back to the community by working in a mobile dental clinic for the underserved populations of Santa Clara County and Alameda County, and she still donates to them regularly. In her spare time, she enjoys powerlifting and has won two silver medals in local competitions.
NAZAK NOORIAN, DDS
Dr. Noorian was born in Mountain View, California, not far from Smilecraft and was raised in the South Bay Area, having lived in San Jose, Campbell and Sunnyvale. She also stayed in California for her undergraduate degree in computer engineering from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. After working for a short time as an engineer, she chose to follow her true passion of helping others and attended the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco. Dr. Noorian wanted to further her experience and education with complex cases and continued on to the UOP Advanced Education in General Dentistry program in Stockton. She is currently working part-time in order to spend more time with her family including her husband, two boys and Boston Terrier.
